Description

Geisha – Microlot | Cajamarca

This limited edition Geisha microlot comes from Finca DAES in Cajamarca, grown at 1,850 meters under the careful guidance of Damian Espinoza. Slow maturation at elevation allows the Geisha varietal to develop its signature elegance and aromatic clarity.
Carefully washed and fermented for 50 hours, then slow dried on African beds for 20 days, this coffee reflects precision and patience throughout the post-harvest process.
Geisha is a rare and celebrated varietal, known for its floral aromatics, bright structure, and refined balance. When thoughtfully cultivated, it produces light-bodied, expressive cups with remarkable clarity and lift.
In the cup, lemongrass and peach unfold with gentle sweetness, complemented by a soft note of golden honey. Bright acidity brings vibrancy, while a light body and clean citrus finish keep the profile crisp and refreshing.
Carefully produced in small quantities, this microlot highlights the delicate character of Cajamarca, offering a clean and elegant expression of the Geisha varietal.
